Welcome to Cardiff Metropolitan University’s Coaching Hub Podcast.

Action Research with Ashley Kempson and Dr Oli Lum
In this episode, we welcome DSC alum Ashley Kempson (University of Gloucestershire), who is joined by our very own Oli Lum—this time taking the guest's chair. They discuss their paper published in the special edition of Sports Coaching Review, which explores their experiences conducting action research, particularly their reflections from being in the field.
